If your HP printer says offline and you want to fix it, you have to go to the Start icon on the bottom left of your screen and then choose Control Panel and then Devices and Printers. Open the options while choosing the right-click option on the printer in question and choose “See what's printing”. From the window that opens choose “Printer” from the menu bar at the top. Select “Use Printer Online” from the drop-down menu.
